Yukon Exploration Heats Up: Blue Jay Gold Hits 10.5m of 10.19 g/t AuEq
Maiden 2026 drill results at the Steller Project confirm high-grade structural continuity down-plunge at Skukum Creek, proving the system remains open at depth.

Blank maps and wild speculation might be the default starting point for most exploration runs, but Blue Jay Gold Corp. (TSXV: JAY / OTCQB: JAYGF) just handed the market hard assays to back up its underwriting thesis.
Opening the ledger on its maiden 2026 diamond drill program at the flagship Steller Gold Project in Yukon Territory, the company hit high-grade gold and silver mineralization precisely where its structural model predicted, extending the Skukum Creek deposit down-plunge and demonstrating that this system has serious room to grow.
The star of the initial five-hole batch, drill hole SC26-003, pulled 14.0 metres grading 6.15 grams per tonne gold and 124 grams per tonne silver (8.04 grams per tonne gold equivalent) from a depth of 495.0 metres. That interval includes a punchier core of 10.5 metres returning 7.84 grams per tonne gold and 154 grams per tonne silver (10.19 grams per tonne gold equivalent). Located roughly 32 metres down-plunge from 2021 intercept SC21-027, the new hit mirrors the width and grade distribution of its predecessor almost byte-for-byte, confirming true structural continuity across the Rainbow Zone rather than an isolated pocket of high-grade luck.
