Agnico Eagle Mines Limited (NYSE: AEM, TSX: AEM) Takes a C$57.16M Stake in Radisson Mining Resources Inc. (TSX-V: RDS) to Accelerate Underground Development at the Historic O'Brien Gold Project

When senior gold producers go shopping, they rarely settle for pocket change.
Agnico Eagle Mines Limited (NYSE: AEM, TSX: AEM) has cut a C$57.16 million check to anchor a 10.45% strategic stake in Quebec-focused explorer Radisson Mining Resources Inc. (TSX-V: RDS).
Under the non-brokered subscription agreement finalized on August 24, 2026, Agnico Eagle Mines Limited (NYSE: AEM, TSX: AEM) is acquiring 53,420,000 units of Radisson Mining Resources Inc. (TSX-V: RDS) at C$1.07 per unit. Each unit pairs one Class A common share with a half-warrant, with full warrants exercisable at C$1.39 over a 60-month window. Should Agnico Eagle Mines Limited (NYSE: AEM, TSX: AEM) exercise all 26,710,000 warrants, its ownership position in the junior developer expands to roughly 14.90% on a partially-diluted basis.
The capital injection grants Radisson Mining Resources Inc. (TSX-V: RDS) the financial muscle to build the first modern underground access ramp at its flagship O'Brien Gold Project in Quebec's prolific Abitibi greenstone belt.
