Snowline Gold Secures C$150 Million to Accelerate Yukon’s Next Major Mining Hub
BMO Capital Markets leads a nine-figure financing package to supercharge exploration and development across Snowline’s flagship Rogue project in the Yukon.

When institutional underwriters show up with nine-figure commitments, the junior mining sector tends to sit up and take notice.
Snowline Gold Corp. (TSX: SGD | OTCQB: SNWGF) has locked in a massive C$150 million bought deal financing agreement, proving that top-tier gold discoveries in safe jurisdictions can command serious capital. Led by investment banking titan BMO Capital Markets (TSX: BMO | NYSE: BMO), the syndicate has agreed to purchase 10,350,000 common shares at C$14.50 per share, delivering a substantial cash injection to propel the explorer's ambitious Yukon strategy into high gear.
The structure of the agreement highlights the strong appetite among institutional desks for high-grade precious metals exposure. Alongside the primary placement of C$150 million in gross proceeds, the syndicate led by BMO Capital Markets holds a 30-day over-allotment option to buy up to an additional 15 percent of the offering at the C$14.50 issue price. Scheduled to close on or about August 12, 2026, subject to customary regulatory approvals, the transaction hands Snowline Gold Corp. (TSX: SGD | OTCQB: SNWGF) an enviable treasury heading into its next phase of engineering and regional drilling.
