Clubhouse Media to increase its business activities

One stock that has soared the charts in the past two months and has sparked new interest is Clubhouse Media Group Inc. (OTCMKTS: CMGR), a rapidly growing influencer-based media and marketing company with a global network of professionals managed content houses and well over 100 million followers on the most important social media platforms. CMGR's growth in the influencer space in the past few months has been dramatic, suggesting the company may be on its way to real industry dominance in social media influencer-based marketing. However, it doesn't seem like that is the limit of this vision. Based on recent events, it appears that the company is aiming for eclectic dominance in its market area by amassing market share of followers, by seeking and acquiring disruptive solutions that will drive that dominance further, and likely by hiring new contracts pinned to established celebrities, given his emerging dominant position in the field. Clubhouse Media Group Inc. (OTCMKTS: CMGR) recently announced the acquisition of Magiclytics, the world's first revenue forecasting software platform for influencer-based marketing. Wilfred Man, Founder and CEO of Magiclytics, commented, "Our AI engine has processed billions of social, demographic, and financial data points to optimize virtually any influencer campaign. Simply put, we give brands deep insight into the ROI that they can expect from an influencer before parting with a single cent. " According to the company’s announcement, Magiclytics uses its huge database and state-of-the-art, proprietary, AI-driven predictive analytics technology to predict the actual return on sales that will result from pairing a particular product with a particular influencer or group of Influencers. Historical data maintained by Magiclytics demonstrate the accuracy of the technology. "This is the killer app in our market," commented Amir Ben Yohanan, CEO of Clubhouse Media. "We believe that reliable predictive analytics can help Clubhouse Media win bigger and better deals with top global brands. Magiclytics is another revenue stream as a fee-based service for external brands and influencers. It also becomes an analytical one for us Provide a basis for evaluating brand development projects and determining how we can best deploy and monetize our top internal influencer talents. " The takeover of Magiclytics is a disruptive addition to the clubhouse mix and gives the company a technological edge over its competitors - along with its brute size advantage. Clubhouse Media Group Inc. (OTCMKTS: CMGR) recently came under fire after some financial outlets reported that the stock's spike in late January could be a mix-up (with the Clubhouse app that is expected to be it is about to go public and which was recently touted by Elon Musk). However, after that supposed "reveal" and the ensuing shock, CMGR's shares immediately rallied again, suggesting that the stock is a story of its own in the marketplace and that its 500% increase this year was entirely due to its own merits is justified. In other words, CMGR seems well on its way to occupying a dominant global leadership position in the massive and rapidly growing influencer-based marketing space, and this story has nothing to do with an unrelated audio app. Hence the strong momentum in CMGR stock. There is also growing evidence that clubhouse has the potential to turn the game of social media influencer-based marketing into a winner-take-all affair. The idea is simple: the company with the largest fan base will close the most lucrative deals with advertisers. And the company with the most lucrative deals with the top advertisers will naturally attract the best talent, including big celebrities with already established brands. At some point the whole game will cross an event horizon where the feedback loop becomes dominant and becomes an accomplished fact without the surprising interjection of an outside force.
