Silver Viper hits high grade precious metals vein
The company intercepts a vein with over 10kg silver and almost 800g Gold.

Silver Viper Minerals (TSX-V: VIPR) today announced high-grade drill results from ongoing exploration on the La Virginia silver-gold project in Mexico. The Company said drill hole LV21-289 intersected 130 meters (80.08 meters estimated true width) of silver-gold mineralization averaging 18 g / t silver and 0.69 g / t gold before cutting an additional 19.3 Meters (11.89 meters estimated true width) averaging 363 g / t silver and 21.2 g / t gold on the deepest hit to date on the El Rubi structure. Silver Viper added that incremental assay # 21699 returned 10,681 g / t silver and 738 g / t gold over a core length of 0.5 meters (0.31 meters estimated true width). Additionally, the same intercept returned an unprecedented 6.74% Pb and 7.11% Zn, which is the first time high grade base metals have been reported by El Rubi. The current results will be incorporated into the wireframe modeling of the mineralization. Steve Cope, President and CEO, commented, "Hole LV21-289 is truly an eye opener to the ultimate potential of this project." Of course, the presence of spectacular grades at depth of the well will attract market attention, but beyond that it is the deepest and widest high grade intersection encountered on the El Rubi structure to date, which is very encouraging. We look forward to continuing to release results from El Rubi and look forward to the upcoming catalyst of a maiden resource on the project. " Silver Viper Minerals is a Canada-based junior mineral exploration company focused on precious metals exploration in the northwestern Mexican state of Sonora. The company is currently operating the La Virginia gold-silver project.
