Quantum eMotion Secures U.S. Patent Notice of Allowance for SecureKey
USPTO issues Notice of Allowance for SecureKey™ technology as Quantum eMotion advances dual-track IP protection and FIPS 140-3 validation.

Building a fortress in the quantum era takes more than mathematical heavy lifting, it takes an airtight legal perimeter.
Quantum eMotion Corp. (NYSE American: QNC | TSXV: QNC) has officially cleared a pivotal regulatory milestone, securing a Notice of Allowance from the United States Patent and Trademark Office for patent application No. 18/819,165. The allowed claims protect its proprietary SecureKey technology, developed through its subsidiary SKV Technology Inc., giving the cybersecurity firm exclusive rights to a critical piece of cryptographic key protection architecture.
A Notice of Allowance is the patent office's way of signaling that an application has passed substantive examination and is entitled to proceed toward official issuance once routine administrative formalities wrap up. Designed to safeguard active cryptographic key material while mathematical operations are underway, SecureKey targets one of the most vulnerable exposure points in modern data defense. While patent examiners were giving the green light on intellectual property, the technology was already tackling another heavy-duty hurdle. The SecureKey Cryptographic Module is undergoing validation under the Federal Information Processing Standard Publication 140-3 (FIPS 140-3) framework, administered jointly by the U.S. National Institute of Standards and Technology and the Canadian Centre for Cyber Security.
