The current meeting of OPEC is making headlines
Energy markets might get a boost from the latest virtual club meeting.

A last-minute OPEC + meeting in the run-up to the entire OPEC meeting from November 30th to December 1st has been postponed to Sunday. At the virtual meeting, OPEC is expected to postpone production cuts for an additional two to three months through 2021, but it is unclear whether all countries will have the same quotas for the additional months. Libya, Nigeria and the United Arab Emirates are some of the countries that are pushing back the oil production cuts discussed by OPEC and the alliance with Russia. WTI crude oil (CL1: COM) closed the January contract at $ 45.53 / bbl on Friday, making gains for the fourth straight week ahead of the OPEC meeting.
