Visa starts cooperation with Verrency

Verrency is a world-class cloud-based platform that offers hyper-personalized payment services through its Customer Experience Personalization Engine. This global payments platform has partnered with Visa Inc (NYSE: V) Fintech Connect to develop hyper-personalized consumer card services for Visa issuers across the APAC industry. The partnership with Visa Fintech Connect enables Verrency to offer innovative services that help improve customer engagement around payment movements. This partnership follows the Visa Ready certification that Verrency recently earned. It also comes after Verrency was recently recognized by the Deloitte Technology Fast 500 as the fastest growing tech company in Australia. The program, run by Visa Fintech Connect, is designed to help Visa issuing customers quickly connect with a curated and verified range of tech service providers. Additionally, Verrency's participation means Visa issuers will now be able to more easily provide cardholders with personalized value propositions. Namita Bhide, the company's commercial director for APAC, said Verrency is happy to work hand in hand with Visa to develop breakthrough innovation services. The company appreciates Visa’s commitment to providing cardholders with a personalized end-user experience through this partnership. She said the partnership aims to drive real-time customer engagement, increased loyalty, and great customer loyalty. Finally, Namita went on to state that both she and Visa are committed to empowering Visa issuers to accelerate innovation while leveraging existing payment infrastructures. Conor Lynch, VP of Consumer Solutions for Visa Asia Pacific, said the program would give customers access to a robust set of technologies to help them create their own new digital experiences. When Verrency earns Visa Ready certification and becomes a program partner, Visa issuers will also have access to the company's cloud-based customer experience systems. This means Visa issuing customers can now easily benefit from Verrency's experience and expertise in engagement and loyalty solutions. And they can do all of this without making major changes to the infrastructure.
