KeyBanc continues to be bullish on Netflix

Following a review of streaming options by KeyBanc, their analysts at <a class="tvreplink" target="_blank" href="https://www.tradingview.com/chart/?symbol=Nasdaq%3ANFLX">Netflix and Roku remain bullish after there have been some developments recently. On Netflix (NFLX + 0.9%), KeyBanc remains overweight, noting that a price increase in Canada - by C $ 1 for standard plans to C $ 14.99 and by C $ 2 for rewards to C $ 18.99 - shows that price cadence is back to normal (staggered global increases in each quarter). That means the next price hike for the United States is due in Q2 2021, analysts say. KeyBanc has a target price of USD 590, which implies a further price increase of 10%. As for Roku (ROKU + 0.3%) (ROKU + 0.3%), it notes that the availability of the Roku channel on Amazon Fire TV after its launch on Android / iOS devices will expand audiences and the Ad revenue increases - albeit with a lower average revenue per user compared to the channel on the Roku-controlled platform. KeyBanc maintains its overweight position on Roku, with a price target of $ 228 versus a current price of $ 224.53.
