Halo Collective Inc. Acquires Pistil Point Indoor Facility
Objective: Accelerate indoor cannabis cultivation and processing.

There appears to be slight and potential federal legalization of cannabis in Oregon. And according to Kiran Sidhu, CEO and founder of Halo Collective Inc. (OTCMKTS: HCANF), Oregon is the market of the future. With this knowledge, the breeder, extractor, manufacturer and distributor of high quality cannabis products has partnered with Food Concepts LLC. The 55,000 square foot indoor cannabis grow operates under the Pistil Point name. The acquisition makes Halo one of Oregon's largest indoor growers at a time when the demand for quality cannabis is growing. Halo's triple offering in Oregon - indoor, greenhouse, and outdoor growing of cannabis - is an added benefit and will accelerate the company's development in the marketplace. The Pistil Point Acquisition transaction is expected to close in early 2022 and is subject to approval by the Oregon Liquor Control Commission (OLCC). But Halo won't just wait for it. Over the next year, the company plans to start operations at the new facility, which currently produces $ 300,000 in revenue. It is expected that this value will increase by up to 250% within a year. There are also plans to consolidate the distribution centers in Medford, Eugene and Oregon into the new Portland facility. The goal is to shorten delivery times for most pharmacies in the state. Other plans include opening Oregon's first business-to-business wholesaler and introducing showrooms for bulk and finished goods. FlowerShop, a sensory care brand active in the wellness, cannabis and lifestyle categories, has a new addition to its flagship products. BUDVASE is the first release of a branded flower line. Flowershop co-founder, American rapper Gerald G-Eazy, confirms that this is the best time to bring the product to market and plans to expand sales of Flowershop's high-quality products to the California market. In the meantime, Flowershop's products complement the unrivaled range of Sticks, Korova, Cabana, Habit Labs and Serra products already on the market.
