First legal draft for legalisation in Arizona is on its way
The guideline points out the way to full legalisation in the state of Arizona.

In November, the State of Arizona voted to legalize adult marijuana use by passing Proposition 207. Now health officials have started writing the rules for the sale, which could start in the spring. It is now legal for adults to own up to an ounce of marijuana and grow six plants at home, or 12 if there is more than one adult in the house. The Department of Health Services announced last week a draft of rules, most of which have yet to be written, along with a survey asking the public what they like and what they see as flawed in the draft. The poll will be open until December 17th. Health department spokesman Steve Elliott said Arizona expects to meet legal deadlines within the measure. "While much of the operations of other departments of ADHD are devoted to the pandemic, ADHD, as it is currently staffed and structured, has the staff and resources to write rules for all programs under the agency's remit to change and improve, "said Elliott. "At this point, we don't expect to need additional staff to implement Proposition 207." Applications for sales begin in January and most of the licenses will go to the approximately 120 existing medical marijuana stores in Arizona. There will be about 12 new licenses for recreational sales only in rural counties with or without a medical retailer.
