Draganfly Lands $10M Strategic Raise to Scale Defense Drone Production
As global counter-UAS spending heads toward $55B, Unusual Machines and a leading U.S. fund inject $10M into Draganfly to scale domestic defense drone manufacturing.

Small uncrewed systems were once the domain of aerial photography hobbyists; today, they dictate military logistics and air dominance. As western defense doctrine rapidly pivots toward domestic manufacturing and autonomous platform swarms, capital is flowing toward the supply chains capable of building and defending against them.
The latest signal that the North American defense ecosystem is consolidating comes via a US$10 million strategic investment into Draganfly Inc. (NASDAQ: DPRO). The registered direct offering sees component manufacturer Unusual Machines, Inc. (NYSE American: UMAC) and an unnamed leading U.S. investment fund split the financing down the middle, chipping in US$5 million apiece. Under the terms of the transaction, the investors will acquire 1,869,159 common shares at an at-market price of US$5.35 per share. Guided by joint placement agents Jett Capital Advisors, LLC and Northland Capital Markets, Draganfly plans to deploy the net proceeds into general working capital and the expansion of its production infrastructure to keep pace with accelerating procurement milestones, including recent orders from the Canadian Armed Forces.
