Covid vaccinations in Colorado currently "On Hold"
Some patients were showing reactions after receiving the Johnson & Johnson jab.

The discovery of Johnson & Johnson's (NYSE: JNJ) vaccine COVID-19 and other vaccines continues to inspire hope in patients worldwide. However, something unusual happened early Wednesday when the Colorado vaccination center suddenly came to a standstill. The vaccine caused some undesirable effects in a "limited number" of people, forcing the vaccination center to stop its vaccination campaigns. The sudden shutdown forced management to send home hundreds of people who had waited long hours for the vaccination. That was a disappointment considering that most of them were hoping to get a vaccination. The site ended vaccination operations at 3:30 p.m., 90 minutes before the usual closing time. Centra Health happens to be in charge of the site and reveals details about the day's operations. She describes how around 11 people had reactions that caused management to stop vaccination activities suddenly. It also reveals how the on-site staff is moving at speed to rush two people to a nearby hospital. On Wednesday, the local experts vaccinated around 1,700 people and hope to vaccinate even more in the coming days. Commenting on the reactions observed after administering the J&J vaccine, Centra Health stated that the company was forced to stop the vaccination process at the site. Centra Health defends this measure and states that the current protocols foresaw such a step. It added that the move was part of an effort to show excessive caution with vaccination. Centra Health decided, following an agreement with the state, to pause ongoing vaccination activities for the remaining hours of the day. Centra Health said that about 640 people waiting in line to get the vaccination went home after their appointments were rescheduled to Sunday. Journalists tried to contact the company for more information about their reactions, but their efforts were unsuccessful. Johnson & Johnson stressed that it wanted to continue vaccination activities but that the safety and wellbeing of people were a priority. It added that it always took with great seriousness the adverse effects experienced by users.
