Clubhouse sees itself as a diversified Social Media company
Clubhouse president Chris Young explains the company´s strategy in a podcast.

Clubhouse Media Group Inc (OTCMKTS: CMGR) was featured in a popular podcast yesterday. In the interview, the company's president, Chris Young, made an interesting case for the company that deserves a closer look. First off, for those unfamiliar with it, CMGR is a little controversial because it's a promising billionaire company that's still trading on the Pink Sheets and because it's a similar name to an emerging new social media company -App shares. However, it makes sense to leave these stories aside and take a fresh look at what the company actually is and what it is likely to become and do as a truly unique stock. What we find is a diversified social media model that seems to be emerging as a great opportunity in consumer branded product sales. Clubhouse Media Group Inc. (OTCMKTS: CMGR) describes itself as "the future of influencer media and marketing, with a global network of professionally-run content houses, each with its own brand, influencer cohort and production capacity . " However, we would suspect that this characterization could bypass the point for potential investors. The big bucks that could come in here in the quarters to come probably won't just come from marketing deals with outside brands, although there will certainly be some of them. In the podcast interview, Young said: "We are a combination of several things: We are a talent management agency for social media influencers. We are a digital studio, so we create intellectual property that we license and distribute. We also have a private one -Equity business in which we acquire companies that complement our business model in the social media area. " The big point here should be obvious. What is Clubhouse Media? It's a company focused on monetizing a monstrous social media presence - nearly 300 million at the last count. But we think it's worth thinking about how that reach can be monetized the most: through brand growth. And we're not talking about marketing another company's brand here. Clubhouse Media Group Inc. (OTCMKTS: CMGR) has a huge reach right now. But part of the value proposition is that that reach can grow much more, and quickly. In the last 6 months, the share has already grown strongly and has more than doubled in this time. And this curve could accelerate. The podcast is very illuminating on this point. He told Young about the selection and cultivation of key influencers: "Ultimately, they're creative, they all have a niche, and their fans connect with them," said Young. "Yes, you can build an influencer, but they have to be pure and real," he added. "We find the people who already have these basics and we bring them together with other influencers and they fertilize their followers." This cross-fertilization element is likely to be underestimated by the market considering the company's model. You can clearly "build" a massively popular influencer if the prepotency is there - i.e. if you start with the raw material of a charismatic, authentic and creative person. If this person is brought in front of a large audience that is looking for exactly that personality power, then voila! And there is one place in this world where this magical explosive reaction is probably taking place more than anywhere else - in the creator mansions of Clubhouse Media. In these circumstances, gravity applies as far as we can tell - that is, once an aspiring influencer has a few hundred thousand new followers, many more people are likely to find and follow them.
