Alphabet might be allowing staff to continue working from home

<a class="tvreplink" target="_blank" href="https://www.tradingview.com/chart/?symbol=Nasdaq%3AGOOG">Alphabet Inc. (NASDAQ: GoogL) has expressed its openness to flexible hybrid systems. This new strategy is becoming increasingly popular with most leading companies because of the flexibility it offers. The operational system means that employees spend a few days in an office and the rest in remote workplaces. The employees continue to express different opinions on Google's move. Some show reservations while others prefer the old way. Some of the staff prefer the plan and try to work from the cheaper locations to cut costs. Managers face a daunting task because they have to strike a good balance between empathy and the best possible way of dealing with competing interests. Working remotely may be a cool thing for most employees, but analysts believe that most managers will continue to push for everyone to work under one roof. The company's CEO, Sundar Pichai, delivered an internal message to the search company's employees letting them know how he intends to carry out this process. Pichai says 60% of employees will be working in the office a few days a week, and another 20% will be sent to the company's new offices. The remaining employees, which add up to 20%, will continue to work remotely. Pichai sees remote working as a significant change in employees who have grown accustomed to working in the company's offices over the years. These workers helped the company solve interesting problems from various fields. Common areas include a whiteboard, a café, and a cricket or beach volleyball event. The CEO views the Google community as pretty massive and states that it encompasses the company's campuses. He says campuses are pretty critical to the Google community, adding that many employees still want to spend more time on campuses. Pichai also commented on the different aspirations of its team members, stating that they have different interests. Some of the employees love the idea of working remotely for a few days. The other part would like to work from another city for some time or even work permanently from these new locations.
