Vodafone and Wix announce new UK partnership

Wix (Nasdaq: WIX) partners with Vodafone to enable its customers to build an impressive online presence or store in the UK. Wix will be available through the Vodafone Business Marketplace platform. The partnership is an achievement for the newly launched Wix Channels initiative, which is expanding Wix's global growth by enabling international service providers to sell subscriptions to the Wix website and business solutions directly to their customers. "The need for a full online presence has never been greater for SMBs and Wix is ​​the best way to meet those needs in the many countries where Vodafone customers are located," says Guy Karolizki, GM from Wix Channels. Wix launched its Channels initiative after acquiring Websplanet and in response to significant demand from global service providers to offer their customers a fully integrated online presence platform with e-commerce, customer management, chat and payment functions.
