Study reveals the current state of the Canadian cannabis industry
Marihuana stocks in Canada might be on the rise again, or not?

Canada has long been considered the holy grail when it comes to marijuana stocks. With cannabis now nationally legal for over two years, the country has shown the world how profitable and beneficial legal marijuana can be. But growing this dizzying cannabis industry was neither easy nor straightforward. Since pot stocks and the entire Canadian cannabis industry has only been around for a few years, investors have experienced many growth difficulties. These growing pains are characterized by slow licensing processes, difficulties in cannabis demand, and great market volatility. While this may seem like a big problem, it is being worked out by the Canadian government. In the past few months, we've seen some new issues with Canadian marijuana stocks. Because of this, the US cannabis industry has become increasingly central. However, we must remember that Canada was the first country to legalize marijuana and that the industry there has incredible potential. For this reason, it's worth taking a deeper look at the current state of Canadian marijuana stocks. Canadian marijuana stocks have continued to show great momentum over the past few months. Similar to the US, the Canadian cannabis industry reported a very sharp surge in marijuana demand during this period. Some analysts have said that Canadian marijuana stocks in the third quarter of this year could exceed the previous quarter by a substantial amount. Over the past few months, cannabis has sold an average of $ 182 million a month. Compared to the roughly $ 150 million the industry made at the same time last year, we're starting to see the dramatic growth. This growth can be seen in some of the largest stocks of marijuana. These include both Canopy Growth Corp. (NYSE: CGC) and Aphria Inc. (NYSE: APHA). But the growth seems to have spilled over into the less notable marijuana stocks to watch as well. With ongoing domestic orders and Covid well underway, it looks like demand for cannabis may continue to skyrocket in the near future. Because of this, the third quarter of this year will be extremely illuminating for the Canadian cannabis industry.
