Green Organic Dutchman closes new financing round
The cannabis heavyweight is raising almost $ 13 million.

Green Organic Dutchman Holdings has announced that it has completed its previously announced short prospectus offer based on a purchased deal, including the full exercise of the underwriter's over-allotment option. A total of 53,263,400 units of the Company (the "Units") have been issued (the "Offering") at a price per unit of $ 0.24 with total gross proceeds of approximately $ 12.75 million.
