General Electric will be using Verizon´s 5G network
The company plans to connect its industry operations to Verizon´s 5G technology.

General Electric (NYSE: GE) wants to make big changes in intelligent industrial machines and systems and has therefore agreed to work with Verizon Communications Inc (NYSE: VZ). There is a great need to develop the perfect testbed and GE vows to do everything in its power to achieve this goal. Verizon has announced its willingness to support GE's plans for a cross-industry testbed. GE needs 5G ultra-broadband for its endeavors, but that won't be a problem as Verizon is ready to support the move. GE's technology development department will do much of the work. GE's technology officer Vic Abate seems pretty excited about Verizon as a partner. He believes his company makes a great team with Verizon and looks forward to better times. The official seems quite excited about the availability of reliable and flexible networks that facilitate the connection of industrial devices in a unique way. He asks users to adjust to changes that will enable them to achieve higher speeds, greater scalability and greater flexibility. The CEO of Verizon Business, Tami Erwin, praised the capabilities of Verizon's 5G platform and called it the best test field for the research team entrusted with the project. He is confident that the GE research team has what it takes to create real-time solutions that can make a big difference in all industries. Erwin believes GE had the perfect timing with his move and describes it as very appropriate. GE's move focuses on building an excellent infrastructure that rests on stable pillars. Analysts cite 5G, the broadband cloud and mobility as the most important pillars of infrastructure.
