FDA allows resumption of prostate cancer therapy study

Poseida Therapeutics (Nasdaq: PSTX) Jumps 15% Ahead of Market on its Heels Announcing FDA Removal of Clinical Control of Phase 1 Study of P-PSMA-101 in Metastatic Castration Resistant Prostate Cancer; the company plans to resume the study immediately. Last month, the study was stopped after a patient died of liver failure on the 19th day after treatment. P-PSMA-101 is an autologous CAR-T therapy.
